We use exposure first to determine if we need to correct how dark or light the image is (levels.) We want to have the correct exposure or our image will turn out under or over exposed. We next use curves to change the exposure also.
We use color to correct the color within the image. We use Color Balance to balance out colors so they are correct. If a picture is too blue, we would add red to balance out the colors. We can also use photo filtre to do this.
We use vignetting last. Vignetting adds almost a frame to the image and it draws your attention to the subject of the photo.

4. Steps of Vignetting?
1. Select the brush tool. Set your hardness to 0% and your flow/opacity to 100%.
2. Create the diameter of your brush tool. Make sure this almost fills up your whole image.
3. Click the mask icon.
4. Move your brush tool side to side creating a potato shape almost filling your whole image. This will be red.
5. Click the mask icon again so that it is off. Your potato shape will no longer be red, but will be outlined with lines. They looked like dashed lines moving or what it would look like as if you selected something.
6. If there is not a a window on the side of your menu for layers, click the tab "window" and click layers, or press F7.
7. Once your have your layers window, you will have one layer, that being the layer labeled "background."
8. You will want to next click the button that is half white, half black, looking like a cookie. Click the word "curves." This will open up the curves window. Adjust your curves by clicking on a part of the graph. This will make your picture vignetted.
5. JPEG image opening?
When you open a JPEG image in photoshop, you start with one image called "Background."
6. Layers?
To create a new layer, click the half black, half white circular button.
To delete a layer, drag the layer you wish to delete to the trash can button.
To edit an existing layer, double click the layer you wish to edit.
7. Turning off a layer?
To turn off a layer, click the eye next to the layer you wish to make unseen.
8. Photoshop fail?
Her hands are simply doubled, but her sleeve has been put in the wrong place.
